How long does shipping take for heavy gym equipment?
Standard shipping for accessories takes 3-5 business days. For heavy equipment like treadmills or power racks, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days via our specialized freight partners to ensure safe handling.
What is your return policy on fitness apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all fitness apparel. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, water bottles and sweatbands are final sale.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we partner with certified technicians to provide professional in-home assembly for large equipment. You can select the 'White Glove Delivery & Assembly' option at checkout for an additional fee.
Are your weights and dumbbells sold in pairs or individually?
Most of our dumbbells and kettlebells are sold individually to allow for custom weight configurations. However, specific 'Pair' sets will be clearly labeled in the product title and description.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm for larger equipment purchases.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website. You can also track your status directly through the 'Order History' section of your Top Fitness account.
