Standard shipping for accessories takes 3-5 business days. For heavy equipment like treadmills or power racks, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days via our specialized freight partners to ensure safe handling.

What is your return policy on fitness apparel?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all fitness apparel. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, water bottles and sweatbands are final sale.

Are your weights and dumbbells sold in pairs or individually?
